CDS Group declared the best taxpayer in the Leningrad Region
CDS Group was declared the Best Construction Company of the Leningrad Region 2018 . For more than 10 years the Union of Construction Organizations of the Leningrad Region has been managing this contest, supported by the regional government.
CDS Group won the award of the Best Taxpayer Among Developers of the Leningrad Region. The prize (a beaver statuette) symbolizes the hard‐working nature and construction skills of the winner.
Mikhail Medvedev, General Director of CDS Group, was awarded the honorary title of the Union of Construction Organizations of the Leningrad Region’s Person of the Year.
CDS Group is one of the major Russian developers. According to the Unified Register of Housing Developers, as of August 1, 2019, the company ranks fourth in terms of the volume of housing under construction in the Russian Federation, more than 1.3 million square meters. The company also ranks first in terms of housing construction in the Leningrad Region and third in St. Petersburg. In total, the developer is building eight housing developments in the Northern Capital and the 47th region.
