CDS Group switched over to remote sales
Taking care of its customers, CDS Group completely switched over to remote transaction processing without the need to visit the developer’s office. CDS has been successfully using this practice when working with buyers from other Russian regions for a long time.
The sales team works in the standard mode and consults customers using all modern means of communication: the company’s website, phone, e‐mail, and messengers. Just like before, buyers can get detailed information on housing developments, apartments, parking lots, and commercial premises available, promotions and discounts, as well as the best mortgage programs from leading partner banks.
Up‐to‐date information on sites and construction progress is also available on the developer’s website. On the housing development pages, there is not only detailed information on the project, but also live broadcasts from webcams located at construction sites are available.
One can book any apartment, parking lot, or commercial premises at the CDS Group sites online. Document package preparation, submission of a mortgage application to several banks at once, payment under a transaction and its state registration are also carried out remotely and contact‐free.
“The global situation imposes new conditions on us. We convert all communication to online form, temporarily suspending the personal appointments with visitors in our offices and at our sites. We are available through all communication channels and continue to work as before. Housing developments are built as scheduled. The number of inquiries increases, which indicates the interest of potential buyers in the contact‐free purchase of apartments,” Sergei Terentyev, Director of CDS Group Real Estate Department, said.
In addition to remote operations, CDS Group introduces additional discounts on apartments and parking lots in order to support its customers. A discount of up to 10% is provided to buyers of apartments in the Polyustrovo, Prinevsky (block 1), Moskovsky, Elizarovsky and Severny housing developments, as well as in the Chornaya Rechka business class quarter (blocks 1, 2, 3). The offer is valid until April 6. Only certain apartments take part in the promotion.
For buyers of an apartment that is not covered by the promotion, bonuses are also provided. For instance, when purchasing a non‐promotional apartment (except for 1‐room apartments) in blocks 1, 2, and 3 of the Chornaya Rechka business class quarter, buyers get a gift certificate for a 300,000 rubles discount for parking lot purchasing. The promotion is valid for the first 20 apartments. One can also get a discount on parking in case of simultaneous purchase of an apartment and a parking lot in the Polyustrovo, Prinevsky and Moskovsky (block 1) housing developments. The discount will amount to 30%.
These offers are combined with all standard CDS Group discounts except for the repeat purchase discount.
