CDS Group was declared the Construction Quality Leader
CDS Group was declared the winner of the Construction Quality Leader 2017 competition in the Best Housing Construction Project category. Two development projects at once received the award. The Prinevsky housing development was awarded a first‐degree diploma. The New Yanino housing development received a second‐degree diploma.
Prinevsky is situated on the right bank of the Neva River in the southeastern part of St. Petersburg’s Nevsky district. There are seven 24‐storey residential buildings with a total area of about 300,000 sq. m in the residential quarter. The project is designed to accommodate 9,000 residents. The enhanced space will feature everything needed for everyday life: kindergartens, a middle school, a hospital. The project includes parking space with an overall capacity of over 2,000 parking lots, as well as spacious guest parking areas. Buildings are constructed with a single brick technology and have the same architectural style.
New Yanino is an integrated urban development project located in the village of Yanino, Vsevolozhsky district of the Leningrad Region. In the enhanced territory of 128,000 sq. m near the Rzhevsky forest park, there will be six small 12‐storey buildings with a total area of about 160,000 sq. m. The infrastructure of the housing development includes a kindergarten for 175 children.
CDS Group had previously been the winner of the Construction Quality Leader competition. Two development projects received the award in 2015: Zolotoy Vek in Pushkin and Kantemirovsky in the Kalininsky district of St. Petersburg. In 2016, the Zolotoe Vremya housing development received a second‐degree diploma.

The annual Construction Quality Leader competition has been held since 2011. It is organized by the Construction Quality and Safety Committee of the Coordination Council for the Construction Industry Development in the Northwestern Federal District, together with the Government of St. Petersburg and the Administration of the Leningrad Region. Since 2012, the Construction Quality Leader competition has been a part of the Stroymaster national contest.
