In 2017 CDS Group put into service over 580,000 sq. m
In 2017, CDS Group put into service 14 real estate objects with a total area of more than 580,000 sq. m:
- block 1 (stages 1, 2, and 3) of the Murinsky Posad housing development with a total area of over 165,000 sq. m
- blocks 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 of New Murino with a total area of over 126,000 sq. m
- blocks 1 and 2 of Vesna 2 with a total area of over 90,000 sq. m
- block 5 of Prinevsky with a total area of over 66,000 sq. m
- block 1 of Novye Gorizonty with a total area of over 58,000 sq. m
- block 1 of Vesna 3 with a total area of over 48,000 sq. m
- block E of New Yanino with a total area of over 35,000 sq. m.
According to the Unified Register of Developers, at the end of 2017 CDS Group ranked fourth among developers in Saint Petersburg and entered the top ten major developers in Russia in terms of housing commissioning.
In 2018, the company intends to bring to market six new projects located both in St. Petersburg and in the Leningrad Region.
Four comfort class projects will be implemented in St. Petersburg:
- a housing development on Beloostrovskaya street with a living area of more than 242,000 sq. m
- a housing development on Nevzorova street with a living area of more than 82,000 sq. m
- a housing development on Piskarevsky avenue with a living area of over 78,000 sq. m
- a housing development on Volkovsky avenue with a living area of over 17,000 sq. m.
In the Leningrad Region CDS Group will launch two new projects:
- a housing development in Murino with a living area of more than 177,000 sq. m
- a housing development in Kudrovo with a living area of more than 165,000 sq. m.
The total area of new CDS Group projects exceeds 800,000 sq. m. The projects will be launched onto the market in 2018.
“We develop promising projects in accordance with our new approach to product design,” Mikhail Medvedev, General Director of CDS Group, said. “The changes affected everything, from building space planning decisions and configuration of utilities to shaping of the neighborhood perimeter and its courtyards. We increased the number of apartment layout solutions and thought out their functionality. We generally changed our approach to design and apartment finishing, revised the principles of common areas planning, and developed a unified design code. In March of this year, we are planning to bring to market the first housing development designed in accordance with new standards.”
